Leather straps start to sag after 50–70 years. Often, they get thrown away—even if still in good condition—because they’ve been cut too short to retighten. My solution? A belt-style system that lets you tighten them again by simply adding an extra hole.

Made from reused wool, felt, and leather, it’s more than just a chair. It’s a place to pause, to think, and to remember.
