Halloween birthday party. How do we scrub up?

I'm feeling a little better today. Nothing is running but, I can't stay awake and lost my appetite. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be much better. My body could use a detox after all the food I ate in the UK.
I've been going to hang the washing out for the last 4 hours. I might have enough energy to do it now. I hate being ill.
29 degrees today and over the weekend then..... Drops to 16. So, enjoy your weekend 😀. We have a birthday party tomorrow night. Fancy dress.
What would you go as? Theme is Halloween.

Absolutely streaming with cold. Eyes and nose running constantly. Pounding headache from coughing. At least my sore throat has gone. Small blessing.
The joy's of going on an aeroplane hey.

At least it's 28 degrees today and I'm outside soon to can pears and baked bread. ❤️

Autumn harvesting. What a beautiful day for grape picking. **e

Today was all about fruit. Pears, grapes, persimmon and then nuts. Hazel and walnuts. Autumn harvesting. Just need to find mushrooms.
With the pears I'm doing canned fruit, with the skins, pear jam and the battered pears will be made into pear puree.
The grapes will make w**e. Red and white and the persimmon were eaten straight away.
The nuts are drying in the window for a few weeks then I will deshell them and store them. I might roast them and add them to yogurt with the pear puree.
Tomorrow I have more grapes to pick. Can only pick for a limited time as the wasps gather in the hundreds. They don't sting but they bombard you.

Back home and straight back into the homestead chores. I'll be processing rabbits this week hopefully. Stacking wood, it won't be long until the home fires are burning, canning pears and now it's pumpkin season.
How do you eat pumpkin? Puree, mash, pie or some other way? Let me know. I'd love to try your recipes too.

Settle to Carlisle.This train is way quieter and more comfortable than the Bulgarian train but, it's also more expensive.

2 day's of plane trains and automobile's. Starting with the car to the train station. Leeds bound. Mucky curry tonight. Looking forward to that. Not looking forward to the flight tomorrow. It was a bit compact on the last flight.
I'll be back in sunny Bulgaria tomorrow night for a cold 3 degrees wake up call.
