Bobby's Refillery

09/30/2026

If you've visited our website lately, you'll notice it looks a little different, and that's on purpose!

We've moved our online store over to Helcim, the same Calgary-based, Canadian payment processor we spotlighted back in May. We loved them so much for our in-store payments that we decided to run our whole online shop through them too. Fewer moving parts, a faster and simpler checkout, and we're still keeping it Canadian. 🍁

We're also going refill-only on our liquid products. Less packaging, less waste, same great products.

When you order, just pick "Bobby's Container" or "Your Own Container" on the product and we'll take care of the rest. Delivery to Airdrie & Crossfield.

📍National Spotlight - September Edition

This month we're going national! - If you've ordered from Bobby's this year, chances are you've received your order in an insulated reusable bag. We didn't just want to provide you with yet another canvas tote bag, we all have enough of those! - We wanted something that you can use for more than just the store run, something that could keep products from over-heating in our summer heat or freezing too quickly in the winters. When we were looking for a supplier we of course shopped Canadian. Eco Bag Plus Canada stood above the rest for being Eco-friendly as well as priced fairly, their custom options along with the friendly customer service and fast shipping times were all a bonus. They don't just stop at bags though, they do a wide range of options with a host of Eco-friendly options in the mix. Support Local & Shop Canadian.

📍Local Spotlight - August Edition

Routine. Natural Beauty - Born just steps away in Calgary, an excerpt from their website: Routine is Made in Canada, with Love. - We couldn't agree more!

While I might be bald and have little need for Hair care - Erin has struggled to find a Shampoo and Conditioner that not only smells great, but treats her hair with love, leaving her feeling confident and comfortable.

The Sexy Sadie Shampoo and Conditioner line by Routine, stood out to us initially for the smell, Ylang Ylang/Sweet Orange/Vanilla & Cinnamon! 😮- It's good enough to put on a bucket list. I've never seen Erin's hair as alive as it is after using them - It's not just a 24 hour sheen too, it lasts well beyond that.

Smells great ✅
Makes your hair live it's best life ✅
It's also refillable! - Even with the extension of shampoo bars now, to make those last you still need a container (& lets be honest, finding the right balance of how much to use isn't as easy as liquids) - Skip melting it down - Choose to smell & look great without all the work - knowing that you're supporting Canadian businesses that make products made from natural ingredients and support the environment for generations to come.

Bobby's Refillery carries Sexy Sadie Shampoo & Conditioner in 350ml sizes or in refills up to 1.8L for delivery in Airdrie & Crossfield, Routine stocks so much more from body creams, face serums & deodorants to perfume balms. Check them out! .natural

📍Local Spotlight - July Edition

Such a cute logo that we love at Bobby's Refillery!

This month we're highlighting Tallis Graphic Design for helping us with getting labels for our containers. We had contacted a few different local design places, from the big names to the smaller locally owned places and Tallis blew us away not only in their fair pricing but in their overall customer service, responsiveness and knowledge. We worked with Kiley the owner who was so warm and receptive with our communications. Answering questions we had on Eco-Friendly labeling (Tough ask!) and trying to get as many answers for us to make an informed decision on what to go with. If you've ordered some of our product you'll have noticed the labels on the front of the containers - Designed by Bobby's and brought to life by Tallis Graphic Design. Locally owned and operated right here in Rocky View County!

We love dealing with local businesses like Tallis Graphic Design, the cuddly bear logo and heartwarming story to go along with it are just additional touches that make the experience all the better. If you're looking for design work, or if you already have a design planned and just want it to come to life.

❤️Behind the Scenes @ Bobby's Refillery ♻

Throughout our journey we want to ensure that not only are we making an impact to the community as a whole for generations to come, reducing waste & reusing containers, we're also making impacts locally with volunteer organizations and charities.
We recently made a special delivery and donated a beautiful batch of period pads and wet bags directly to Airdrie 1st Club to support their incredible work right here in our community.
These items have now been officially retired from our online store. If you're looking to purchase these pads or wet bags for yourself, we highly encourage you to support the wonderful maker behind them and buy directly from Bluebird Pads in BC!
Thank you to everyone who supports our small business, allowing us to give back in meaningful ways.

P.S The rest of our shop is currently on sale for the remainder of July!

📍Local Spotlight - June Edition

Local - ✅
Laundry - ✅

Separately - That's us? Bobby's Refillery provides Local - Laundry Refills to Airdrie and Crossfield. Together - It's Local Laundry located in Calgary, manufacturing clothing right here in Canada. The quality? Second to none. We actually found LL on a personal journey to find affordable clothing manufacturers within Canada (there's not many!), we bought a couple of items of clothing and fell in love with the premium quality, look and feel. So when we decided on our formal work wear there was no competition - Local Laundry worked with us to get us our very own Bobby's Refillery t-shirts and caps, their communication across all lines of their team is awesome, down to earth, responsive and caring. They launched a whole new custom clothing process this year, allowing you to customize to your hearts content, even one-off pieces, small runs - you don't need to order 200 or 1000 pieces. If you're forever getting poor quality clothing for your business (or personally) - We highly recommend checking out Local Laundry. We promise you'll love them just as much as we do. Check them out locallaundry.ca!
