Good afternoon everyone 😊!
So I've been doing some research and there's more to do. But after doing my first ceramic piece, as you can see from the little tree below, I fell in love with the process and especially the results! The reason I'm telling you all this, is I'd like to expand my crafting line in the future, to include ceramics. There's no current interest where I'm located, but since I am committed to relocation to a much larger town, with a high population, and amenities to meet my personal and professional needs, it will be more feasible to wait until I'm moved and settled. But in the meantime, I'm aiming to do more ceramic pieces and I'll show you the finished product. The place I went to is in Fredericton, NB, and it's a cute little place called Clay Cafe. I'm absolutely smitten! The y have such a huge selection of pieces you can paint and leave them to glaze and fire in the kiln. My mother and grandmother used to go to ceramics class back in the 1970's. Of course when you're a little kid, that means nothing. But now I see the potential. And I'm aiming to do more with it.
