Ok so I didn’t manage to sell any of the sale garments (which are forever on sale now until they find their home btw) but I made three more more block printed cuties for Manitoba Fibre Festival but NO MORE!!
I gotta stop! At least until some of these comfy cuties find their bods 😉

Ok so as far as prep for the big day(s) goes, I’m in limbo until UPS finds my box of blank tea towels coming from BC. Fingers crossed they show up no later than Thursday so I can plump up my towel supply for y’all by Friday 🤞

Then a test run set up and making my packing list and checking it twice.
Who am I kidding?
I’ll be checking it at least four times 😆

In the coming days I’ll be sure to share what my fellow maker pals are working on to bring to the fest to get you extra fired up to come out!
Know it is NOT only yarn and knitting at this wildly fun and interactive event!
There’s something for everyone to discover and enjoy plus the display of what folks have made for themselves being worn at the festival has always been a huge highlight!

Just wanted to come on here and remind everyone that the hardships and struggles to survive in Gaza are ongoing and the three families that I’ve been connected with for the last year and a bit are still very much needing support on a regular basis._.mus musleh91


At my market tomorrow I will have a selection of super cute fun and functional tote bags along with patches with all the funds being donated to these families so that’s a great way you can participate. 🍉
You can also always visit the links in my bio, go to the fundraisers for each of these families and if you’ve got five bucks kicking around know that that will make a difference.
If you’ve got five bucks once a week, send it their way and make a connection with people who are becoming a sidenote and are feeling forgotten and deserted.

Another event happening this weekend is a sweet little yard sale Palestinian fundraiser birthday celebration annynews in the Wolseley West Broadway neighborhood! Check it out and be inspired to connect with community in ways that are within your means as we all have parts to play.
