"Hibis-KISS-Punch" a tart & tangy, Citrus & Hibiscus infusion.

My infamous "Lilac Jelly". Made from fresh Lilac flowers & Lemon.

As well as, a flavor that SCREAMS "Summer!" to me..."Dandelion Jelly".

They're ALL, so good!

Just a few other flavors that will be available (in limited quantities) this weekend:

- Matcha Marmalade
- White Onion & Blood Orange "Swalty Jam"*

*specially made to top hot dogs, burgers, pulled pork and other meats. Amazing on brie and other soft cheeses. Also, a great compliment to a charcuterie board.*

I CAN'T WAIT to be back in Bridgewater at the Bluestone Magik Holistic Healing Spring Fair THIS SATURDAY, April 11th! It's been 2 years since I've been able to attend and I'm so excited to see everyone!

FISHER CREEK Botanicals will be there ONE DAY ONLY so come out on Saturday to see me AND all the other wonderful vendors!

Should you miss me in Bridgewater, don't worry, there's another chance in Halifax on Sunday, April 12th at the Mom Market in the Keith's Brewery!

Both, SO dang good! Still, I think I'll be filtering my syrup from here on out.

This past weekend at Lindsay Lake Farms, I don't know what was more impressive, the machines or the event?!?

Next year, be sure to include my grand idea of having bench seating (facing the machine) for all those admiring this beaut! Only 3 in Canada, so I'm told!
