Batter:
Mix 2 eggs in a 3tbsp cornstarch, 1/2cup flour, pinch baking soda, salt, ground pepper, chicken powder, toss in the cleaned chicken wingette and drumette then leave for atleast 30mins to marinate.
Coat with breadcrumbs of your choice,
Oil Temp: 350°F (175°C)
• Time: 8–10 minutes total
• Flip halfway if using a shallow pan.
• They’re done when golden brown and internal temp hits 165°F (74°C).
• If you want extra crisp, do a double-fry: 6 minutes first, rest 5 minutes, then fry 2–3 minutes again.
