⚠️ PLEASE SHARE TO HELP PROTECT OTHER CONSUMERS! ⚠️ 🚨 BUYERS BEWARE! MUUKAL OPTICAL! 🚨

As a product advisor, I believe in honest reviews and holding companies accountable for their products and customer service.

I received my glasses from Muukal Optical, and they arrived twisted, crooked, and completely unwearable! I wasn't expecting fancy glasses for that price, but I thought they'd at lease be wearable.

Despite sending photographs clearly showing the defects, customer service repeatedly requested more information, including pictures of me wearing my old glasses to see my "wearing habits". They even questioned my pupillary distance (PD), despite my entering the correct measurement.

Instead of receiving a reasonable solution, I experienced a frustrating back-and-forth that felt like nothing more than a runaround.

🚩 THEN I DISCOVERED THEIR F RATING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!**

After researching the company, I found numerous customer complaints. I wish I'd done my homework before ordering!

🔗 Read the BBB complaints yourself:
https://www.bbb.org/us/tx/plano/profile/optician/muukal-optical-0875-91344011/complaints

I've since opened a dispute through PayPal.

Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them speaks volumes!

I cannot recommend Muukal Optical based on my experience.

📢 Please share! Research before you buy. Your hard-earned money deserves better!

Okay, I keep seeing these little resin ghosts all over my Reels… so obviously I had to try making one myself. 👻😂 Stay tuned to see if it’s adorable or an absolute resin disaster. 😆
