My personal journey to and through the this past weekend is still processing as I land back at home.

It took a lot to get there. It took a lot to be there. I stepped into my Resilient Heart space and fell apart in the arms of a dear rose sister. This journey with my daughter was deep. We bonded in ways I did not know we were going to. The experience of our motorhome catching on fire after my tire exploded at the gas pump in Princeton is still clear in my mind. The Goddess held us in safety. We are safe. The motorhome did not burn down. A water truck was miraculously on site and put out the fire promptly.

The helpers came through for us. With the generous help of my partner who organized a tow truck and a U-Haul for us and my dear friend who met us in Princeton and had her mom deliver us a cooler and a tent, we continued to the grounds of the festival, arriving 13 hours after I left my home at 10:30pm on Wednesday night.

The grief and shame and guilt of how our travel day went and how much financial strain it was now going to put on me personally was so heavy that I was having difficulty connecting. I was blocked. Sad. And in fear.

But there were rainbows and glimmers. Smiles and dancing. Hugs and playfulness. I sang to the clouds with , filled my heart in a beautiful caco ceremony with .kan.alchemy , grounded into my body with .altar.medicine , shared life experiences with , danced with , was held and seen by Rose Sister .phoenix, drummed and sang in the water ceremony with , laughed till I cried with .

This festival was about coming home to balance. That soft place between grief and joy. That I am worthy of being held. 💕

Officially packed and ready to roll in the am to begin our journey to SHE IS WILD FEST☀️

My affirmation this week has been: “Change is the only constant and I welcome change.”
And oh my GODDESS: I did not know how much this affirmation was going to be needed.

There is a wildfire in the community of North Bend and Boston Bar that has evacuated the land that She Is Wild gathers on. We are all holding the caregivers of the land, their families, their communities, the land and the animals in love as they navigate this distressing experience.

And with mad respect to Colleen Reid Creatrix of SHE IS WILD Festival & Community we are pivoting to a new location in Summerland (which is truly Divine Working its magic).

My daughter and I will head out on our adventure in the morning! Meeting Janette Warmerdam and her daughter in the evening to camp and then onto Camp Boyle on Thursday morning!

Summer Solstice Sisterhood Circle under the First Quarter Moon, The Resilience Moon, on the banks of the Ts’elxwéyeqw River during a full Summer’s Day….we met the Goddess Áine, the Fairy Queen and the Goddess of Summer, Creativity, Prosperity and Sovereignty in a cave in the Otherworld where she led us into a meadow to show us our true inner Radiance. We saw the face of the Goddess and in her face we saw our own looking back at us. We remembered that WE are the GODDESS.

We devoted ourselves to the land in ceremony with offerings and prayer. We devoted ourselves to our creations and taking up the space we desire in this world. We honoured the sun with a ceremonial fire and released the things that are holding us back into the water.

We are blessed and cleansed. Refreshed and Renewed.
Connected and Ecstatic.
In Sisterhood we Rise 🌿

Summer Solstice calls us to gather in circle to honour the longest day of the year and celebrate the triumph of the Sun. Step into your true radiance, celebrate your personal growth and embrace your inner power. Sisters, together we rise!

We will gather on the banks of the Ts’elxwéyeqw River in the Chilliwack River Valley on sacred lands under the protection of the generous and wise Cedar Trees.

We will burn away all the lessons we have learned in the darkness and illuminate our path forward.

Ritual Tea, Smoke Cleansing, Guided Meditation to open the pathways for Manifestation, Release and Celebration through Journalling, Intention Setting, Cauldron Ceremony and Open sharing in a safe and guided space.

Wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing for sitting in, shoes for walking, bring a pillow to sit on, a blanket for comfort and a journal.

When: Sunday, June 21st 2026
Time: 1pm-4pm
Where: Chilliwack River Valley
