I would love to do a sound bath in nature.

I’ve hauled my bowls up to this mountain creek and forgot to bring my mallet! So I took this photo instead and now using it for the Summer Solstice Session in June. ♥️

So many awareness days and month long celebrations happening! June 21st is Father’s Day, National Indigenous Peoples Day and Summer Solstice. Everyone welcome.

I’ve been seeing so many quartz on our hikes as of late. Today, I found three fist sized chunks and some other smaller pieces. Most are out under the moon tonight and usually find a home somewhere in my garden and plant pots.

I think some of these will start traveling with me when I go into community for sound sessions.

The amount of energy radiating and pulsing from them is so beautiful and amazing. These two I found next to a mountain creek.

So I also filled up the water bottle, played my drum and offered back some of my hair.

If anyone wants a quartz let me know and I can pop it in the mail or pass off.

Thank you for welcoming me into the beautiful space for our sound bath. We will be back.

Sweet little rolled fireweed tea balls. I also added some fir, spruce tips and fresh lavender clips in the fermentation process.

These smell so amazing and will be the base to the Weekend Walk tea blend. This specific blend will be ready for fall markets.

What is Weekend Blend? It’s small harvested batches of what we come across on our weekend hiking adventures or what’s in the wee herb garden. Rose pedals, evergreen needles, flowers, rosehips, California poppies, mint(s). Sometimes Catnip. Each mix is different. ♥️

One thing I always do when thrifting or second hand shop browsing is swinging by the jewelry or craft section.

I’ve found so many hidden gems! Pun intended. 🥰 These are from a couple different stops over a couple month, but under $10 in total. These vintage bling are up cycled and add a certain character and charm to some of my beadwork.

I made a commitment not to buy any “new” beads this year!
