From the Cosy Studio | The Serene Bedroom ✨

Design Concept
The starting point was a bedroom that was comfortable and familiar, but after many years with the same look, it was ready for a refresh.

The Design Direction
The goal was to create a bedroom that felt classic, airy and soothing, while giving the space a more polished, elevated feel. The client wanted to keep her love of lavender as an accent colour, so the challenge was to incorporate it in a way that felt soft and sophisticated without overwhelming the room.

Lavender was balanced with warm neutrals, ivory, natural wood tones and touches of brass. Layered textiles add softness and depth, while updated lighting, a dedicated reading area and additional storage bring both function and character to the space.

The Result
A calm, elegant retreat that feels lighter, more luxurious and thoughtfully pulled together — while still reflecting something the client has always loved.

The Musicians’ Living Room 🎶

Client Profile
A music-loving couple who enjoy entertaining, hosting casual jam sessions with friends, and spending time with family. Their living room is the heart of the home — used for everything from playing music and entertaining to relaxing together for TV and movie nights. A warm, welcoming atmosphere is especially important, with ambient lighting helping create that cosy feeling for both everyday living and gatherings.

Design Direction
Create a warm, inviting Modern Transitional space that reflects their love of music while remaining comfortable, organized and flexible for everyday living and entertaining.

The Solution
A custom media wall creates a strong focal point, while dedicated cabinetry turns their guitar collection into a feature of the room. Layered lighting, warm wood, dark cabinetry and soft neutrals bring it all together in a space designed around music, entertaining and everyday life.
