Happy summer! I made this beautiful cake 3 years ago but never got around to posting it. My first and only wedding cake 🩷 Still one of my favs. This was a giant! 8 inch bottom tier and 6 inch top tier, both 4 layers of vanilla coconut cake. Delivering this cake to Vancouver in July summer heat was no joke and likely took years off my life 😂 Scroll to the last pic to see it at the venue with the couple’s custom made topper.

This year, I’m going to try to post all of the bakes that I never got a chance to post. And the Canucks won tonight so it seemed a good time to post this birthday cake that I made for my son 1.5 years ago. Go Canucks Go! 💙💚 Ice shards made from isomalt with a fondant hockey puck 🏒
