My name is Catherine Corey and I have over 15 years experience in the decorating, furnishings and retail industry. With this experience I have amounted countless hours of sourcing, decorating/staging and shopping the latest trends for hundreds of clients/friends. I also offers small scale renovation advice, staging services, and decorating advice. Design doesn’t have to mean “only for the rich” th

ese days. The art of “curating” a look that is personal to you is where my passion lies. No one wants to covet the design of another. They want to hone in on the style that best represents them! My life started in furnishing sales after an inspirational trip to Asia in 2006 thus making the leap to a new career. I left the world of dentistry to join the world of design and décor. I started my career at Parks Furniture and then Elizabeth Interiors. I was approached by former clients at this point to provide staging and curated sourcing within Toronto. In 2009 I took a second huge leap with the opening of my own retail location which closed its doors in 2016 so I could care for my young son. I have since transitioned back to my love of working with furnishings, decor and gifts and seeking out interesting, cost-effective, and unique show-stopping pieces for clients on demand. I am a supporter of local artisans and Canadian made where and when I can source it. Curating is a journey in design. A story told of who you are and where you’ve been. No story should be the same, but a layered one:)
