Real meals for a real busy weekāhereās whatās cooking in my kitchen:

Saturday ā Started the weekend strong with crunchy chicken burgers on toasted buns topped with smoky chipotle aioli, served with crispy sweet potato fries. Simple and so good!
ā
Sunday ā Going classic with battered fish and onion rings, air-fryer style! Add some french fries, coleslaw, and a veggie plate on the side. Iāve been hunting for the perfect air-fryer recipe for thisācanāt wait to try it!

Monday ā My sonās request: quesadillas on the Blackstone! Some will be ooey-gooey cheese, others stuffed with seasoned chicken, maybe with a drizzle of homemade barbecue sauce. Melty, crispy, and just plain comfort food.

Tuesday ā Shrimp and veggies tossed together for an easy skillet mealāfast, colourful, and full of flavour.
ā
Wednesday ā Smoked sausage skillet with yellow beans from the garden and baby potatoes. One pan, big flavour, and totally a weeknight win.

Thursday ā A fresh taco salad, loaded with greens from my greenhouse and seasoned ground beef using my favourite new BIRRIA spice blend. So good⦠and if thereās any leftover meat, I already know where itās going (hello, more quesadillas!).

Friday ā Wrapping up the week an air fryer mac & cheese recipe on my radar for my youngest. Because who doesnāt love mac and cheese with a twist?
