Here she is finally, my Maid A Milking.

Number 8 in the series, she has been mostly done since the middle of August, but I kept putting off painting her tiny face and sewing her cap. Omigosh I love her!

The Larissa Holland pattern instructs us to place a tiny stitch to secure her buckets to her skirt... but I like how saucy she looks swinging them 😄

And I can't wait to show your her drumming pal, once I get his face painted!

Now that my sunroom sewing studio isn't so unbearably hot, I need to get into gear!

I have a lot on my UFO list to get finished in the next few weeks (I'll share that list later!) and today is the day to sort, iron, fill bobbins, make binding, and do some fall maintenance on my cutting mats, sewing machines and ironing board.

I found this great list of top 30 movie series' on the Harper’s BAZAAR website, and I narrowed it down to my favouites or ones that I have never seen. These will become my fall/winter playlist. What should I watch first (listen to 🎧) to keep me company?
