Hi, I’m Ciara (pronounced like Keer-ah) ☺️

I started Wood & Heart in my kitchen in 2018, and somehow here we are, eight years later, still going strong (and still forrr sureee absolutely covered in wax 90% of the time).

I’d be lying if I said this business isn’t my absolute baby. I pour into it like it’s a living, breathing thing, which feels fitting, considering it kind of is. Every candle, every product, every label gets an unreasonable amount of love and attention.

When I’m not dreaming up new scents or products, working away in the studio, or at an event, you can usually find me doing yoga, with friends, near the water in some capacity, outside “working” (but really probably just taking product photos), painting, or writing.

Oh, and I recently decided to teach myself the drums… because apparently I don’t have enough hobbies, and it’s something I’ve always wanted to do!

I can’t wait to see you out and about this season, don’t be afraid to come say hi! 🫶🏻
