My makeup routine has definitely changed at 50. ✨

These days, I care just as much about what goes on before my makeup as the makeup itself — especially under my eyes.

Hydrated? Yes. Heavy and greasy? No thank you. 😂

Anyone else feeling the fall reset coming on? 🍂

There’s something about September getting closer that makes me want to clean out the closets, get back into routines, organize the house and generally get my act together. 😂

And apparently there’s something to it — a change in season can give us that psychological sense of a fresh start. Almost like a mini New Year.

So this weekend, I started with my closet.

Less “I might need this someday.”
More “Does this actually fit my life now?”

I don’t want to look 30. I want to look GOOD at 50. ✨

Strong. Healthy. Glowy. Confident. And very much myself.

The way I take care of myself has changed a lot over the years — from how I move my body to how I take care of my skin. Less about chasing younger, more about feeling really good in the skin I’m in.

That’s what LIV Lifestyle means to me now.
