🥖❤️ A little Prairie Loaf Co. update…

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to take a break from baking starting September 1st. My full-time job gets much busier this time of year, and I just can’t quite swing both.

I have two more weeks of baking before my break, so if you’ve been meaning to order, now is the time! And don’t forget—sourdough freezes beautifully, so you can stock up a little. 🥖❄️

I’m not sure exactly what Prairie Loaf Co. will look like after Christmas, so for now, I’m just taking things one step at a time.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for every order, message, share, and word of encouragement. I’ve loved every minute of baking for you and am so grateful for the support you’ve shown my little bread business. ❤️

Our Prairie Loaf Co. Signature 3 Cheese Italian Sourdough has been chosen to accompany their incredible locally made bruschetta, featured on this special limited-time menu celebrating Alberta’s amazing food producers.

It’s an honour to have our handcrafted Sourdough alongside so many talented local farmers, makers, cheesemakers, breweries, and producers. Supporting local is what Prairie Loaf Co. is all about, and we’re proud to be part of a menu that showcases the best our province has to offer.
