400g whole wheat flour
225g sugar
200g butter
6 eggs
3 lemon( 2 for juice, all 3 zested)
Chocolate, coffee, cinnamon
2tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt and baking soda
2/3 of flour, sugar, butter and eggs for lemon batter
1/3 for the rest.
