Miso Sweet Potato Protein Bowl I had something similar to this in cafe in Porto last year and haven’t been able to stop making it since. It’s perfectly balanced, super tasty and high in . COME AND COOK WITH ME! 🤩 Thrilled to announce I’m hosting cooking classes with at cookery school in East London 🇬🇧 🍽️ The theme is all about THE TRADITIONAL BRITISH ROAST - or in this case, the very non-traditional British Roast. The menu is a fusion of Middle eastern, Asian, Mediterranean and British cuisine, all totally plant-based, all extremely delicious when paired together (trust me). I created the menu to celebrate London in all its glory, a melting pot of different cultures and cuisines 💚 The classes are 3.5 hours long, are very informal, relaxed and all about having a laugh and meeting new people whilst cooking and eating together. Be prepared to leave incredibly full of food and nice warm fuzzy feelings (hopefully not from too much booze). 👉Link in my bio for all the details, including the full menu, and how to book ❗Warning: places are extremely, extremely limited!
