Last night we had a blast cooking up some Schnitzel that we found at Arctic Meats & Sausage in Port Coquitlam. And let me tell you, they were absolutely delicious! Schnitzel has always been one of our favourite dishes, and it's one of the few recipes that we can't prepare in our trusty thermomix (though we have come across some recipes for breading and even some vegan options like celery schnitzel).

As you might know, I'm not the biggest fan of cooking the traditional way, but sometimes you just have to go with the flow and get your hands dirty. And boy, was it worth it for these juicy Schnitzels!

Usually, we use our thermomix at least twice a day for our meals, so cooking without it only happens a few times a year. But hey, when you're craving something specific, you gotta do what you gotta do, right?

„I recently purchased a Thermomix using the 0% financing option over 12 months and I couldn't be happier with my decision. „I was a bit hesitant to purchase a Thermomix at first because of the high cost, but I am so glad I took the leap. This kitchen appliance has quickly become one of my favorite tools in the kitchen. It has so many functions, from blending and mixing to grinding and cooking, and it does all of them exceptionally well. I also appreciate how easy it is to clean – the bowl and blades are dishwasher safe and the rest of the machine wipes down easily.

One of my favorite features is the ability to cook a meal from start to finish in the Thermomix, which saves so much time and energy. I have also used it to make homemade nut butter and even grind my own flour, which was a game-changer for me.

Overall, I highly recommend the Thermomix to anyone who loves to cook and wants to streamline their kitchen. The initial investment may be a bit steep, but the versatility and convenience this appliance offers make it well worth the cost.“
