Our plain white sourdough. Nothing fancy, just flour, water, salt, and a long, slow rise. It comes out of the oven with that crackly crust that sings while it cools, and a soft, chewy inside with just a little tang.

You can now order it as a round loaf too. Perfect for sandwiches, sharing boards, or hollowing out for a bread bowl. Just pick round when you order.

Crackly golden crust. Soft, tangy crumb. Pockets of jammy sundried tomatoes and salty, creamy feta in every single bite. 🤤

We slow-ferment this dough for over 24 hours so it’s packed with flavour. Tear it warm, dunk it in olive oil, or toast it with a runny egg on top. Honestly, it’s hard to go wrong.
