What a fun project !! Rebuilt from the frame up !

Chantele chose to have her grandparents chair reupholstered in its original style that was hidden under the old gold fabric , and I’m so glad she did, It turned out so good !!!
The navy fabric from Charlotte Fabric was a great choice against that gorgeous wood !!

When a client can’t decide between two fabrics she loves, why not choose both 🍇 ✔️ grape coloured tweed and purple floral !!!

We decided to omit the skirt on both chair and ottoman to show those mid century legs which were in great shape , and I also chose sewn in arm panels instead of pleated , honestly, just because I thought it would look better lol, and it turned out great 🍇 ✔️

Wendy’s chair came in with no cushions, broken leather webbing, and a piece of plywood to hold in her cushion .
She now has elastic webbing, no plywood and custom fitted bullnose 5” cushions covered in fabric from Charlotte fabrics to match her decor 💚

The Crafty Raccoon will officially be open on Saturday, September 19th — the first of many Saturdays, where we will operate from 10am to 4pm. After our grand opening, we will operate ONLY on Saturdays, with the occasional Friday (which we will announce on our socials). We are so excited to open our doors, and welcome all of our future customers to see what we’ve been working on!
