My son caught these fish, and I wanted to preserve the memory in a different way.

So I tried turning his catch into artwork using the Gyotaku technique.

This is my first one—and I’m pretty excited about how it turned out.

I’m thinking about offering custom Gyotaku artwork for other fishermen and families.
