This blend holds a special place in my heart. Not only is it one of my favorite scents, but I also think it's one of the prettiest SIM-R blends we've ever created.

What makes it even more special is that it's almost 100% sourced from our own garden. From the flowers and herbs we carefully grow and harvest to the petals we dry ourselves, this blend is truly a little piece of our backyard packaged just for you.

Productivity is running high today...fingers crossed I get everything wrapped up tonight so I can enjoy the weekend and get back at it Monday morning!
Time management has never been my strong suit, but at 51, I am starting to figure it out ❤️

When productivity meets a great sale... and maybe a little bit of chaos! 😂

Today’s plan was simple: cook up 6 lbs of chicken thighs and 8 chicken breasts to shred and dice for the freezer.

Then Old Fashion Meat Market posted a sale on their 40 lb boxes of fresh chicken thighs.

Cue me spending an hour digging through freezer meal recipes and checking pantry supplies to decide if I could process all that chicken between today and tomorrow.

Apparently, I decided I could handle it... along with packing two wholesale orders and three customer orders for SIM-R Pot Creations. 💁🏽‍♀️

In this photo: 26 lbs of bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs packed into my roaster. I still have another 20 lbs to portion, vacuum seal, and freeze.

Tomorrow will be all about assembling freezer meals and stocking up for busy days ahead. Nothing feels better than having homemade meals ready to go!..

I bottle fed a 12 day old puppy and got to snuggle with her and her brother today at Fluffy Butt Farm! (Go join her page for animal updates, tips and more)

Oh, and I came home with a dozen duck eggs to try. Do you like duck eggs?

Belinda is spoiling me ...I visit the rescues and fosters she takes in, and her beautiful animals about once a month, and I treasure those experiences

Not everything that looks pretty stays pretty… and that’s okay!

At SIM-R Pot Creations, our focus has always been on one thing first --> the aroma. The way your home feels when a blend is gently simmering, filling your space with warmth and comfort… that’s what matters most to us.
