You should be washing your melons, bananas, lemons, mangoes and avocados, even though you don’t eat the peel.

🫧 Fruit fly larvae can hang out on the outside of produce and the last thing I want is bringing that into my kitchen 😭🪰

🤚Produce gets handled by SO many people before it gets to your kitchen. And I’ve seen those sneezy grocery store shoppers… I just personally feel better rinsing it first. Even if you’re not eating the peel, your knife cuts through it and drags whatever’s on the outside straight into the fruit or veggie. Dirt, bacteria, residue… all transferred right inside.

🌱 It can actually help some produce last longer because you’re catching soft spots, sticky residue, moldy areas, or damaged fruit earlier before it spreads to the rest.

🧽 If you prep produce ahead of time, washing the outside first helps keep your cutting boards, counters and containers cleaner too.

It takes maybe 10 seconds but it can save you from fruit fly headaches, wasted produce, and having to deep clean your kitchen because one overripe mango started a full family of fruit flies 😅

Tiny habits like this are one of the easiest ways to make life easier later. Same idea as organizing honestly, prevent the problem before it becomes a bigger one 😂

💜 Mother’s Day is a tough day as I’m always missing my beautiful mom 💜 but these guys make it easier.
Love you all so much 🩷 Thank you for gifting me this for the 11th year. This is my most cherished gift 🩷

I need a logical explanation for this 🤔 😂
Because in my mind if you have the capability to print the words “seasoning mix” and all the little numbers on there it wouldn’t take that much more effort to include the word taco 🌮😳
Not only does it just make sense but allowing people to easily identify them will help prevent food waste so it really is a double win!
As a home organizer I can’t even tell you how many little seasons or sauce packets have been thrown out or wasted because my clients don’t remember what they are!

Comment NECKLACE and I’ll send you the info 💜

I know this isn’t the best necklace stack or ideal shirt to show you this 😂 but I’ve been using these necklace layering clasps for a few weeks now (I have the 2 and 3 clasp versions) and I really like them.

Sometimes the necklaces still twist a little while wearing them, but they don’t end up tangled or knotted together, which was my biggest issue before. I also love being able to wear all my sentimental necklaces together 💜

And as always, you know I never want to encourage people to bring more unnecessary stuff into their homes, so please think before you add to cart and only buy things you’ll actually use and love 💜

The guilt I feel when I’m not super productive probably needs to be dealt with in therapy 🤣

So on a low energy day, this is my how I organize in a laziesh way.

I pulled the entire junk drawer out, brought it to the couch, turned on the TV, and did it from there. Because if I’m going to get organized, it has to work on my lowest energy day, not just when I’m feeling motivated.

Here are my go-to organizing steps:
• took everything out (yes, all of it)
• grouped like with like so I could actually see what I had
• tossed the garbage and random things that don’t belong
• kept only what we actually use
• gave everything that stayed a simple, realistic home

Nothing fancy. No complicated systems. Just making it easier to maintain so it doesn’t turn back into chaos in a week.

I’ll be sharing a lot more of these real-life, low effort strategies in my Hack Your Laziness to Get Organized guide, so if this is your vibe, stay tuned 👀

✅ Lesson learned. Always check the label. Especially when it’s not your kid 🤣

When it comes to organizing your home, the golden rule is to do what works for YOU and what YOU can maintain 😘
Also, I know there’s a weird grammar thing happening at the beginning of my video but I’m too lazy to change it so….

Comment COOKING and I’ll send the info to you.
You know I’m not about buying more stuff for the sake of it… but I am about replacing multiple things with one thing that works better. 👏 (especially when one is about to run out and needs to be replaced anyway!)

This refillable oil sprayer lets me ditch the disposable cooking spray and the bottle of oil I was always keeping beside the stove. One product, less visual clutter, less waste, and it takes up less prime real estate.

Would you switch to something reusable like this?
This one is in my Amazon store under “Stuff You Don’t Need But Makes Your Life Easier”

🚗🗑️ One of my most-used organizing hacks costs absolutely nothing 😅

As a pro organizer and mom of four who basically lives in the car between sports, errands, and “I’m starving” snack emergencies… I’m always looking for systems that make life easier.
This is one of them.
I reuse an empty Lysol wipes container as a mini car garbage can, line it with produce bags or those little Costco meat bags, and I usually stash extras at the bottom so there’s always a backup ready to go.

No fancy car organizers. No spending money. Just using what I already have and making it work.

Save this for your car chaos, and follow along for realistic organizing ideas that actually work.
