Full-time skilled woodworkers wanted. 40 hrs/week. Start immediately.
We're a busy woodworking shop in Morden and we need experienced hands. If you've got the skills, we want to pay you for them — starting day one.
**HOW OUR PAY WORKS**
Starting wage: **$19/hr** for every new hire.
You get a raise for every machine and skill you can prove you operate safely:
• Miter saw — +$0.75/hr
• Table saw — +$0.75/hr
• Planer / Jointer — +$0.75/hr
• Band saw — +$0.75/hr
• Shaper / Router table — +$0.75/hr
• Shaper Origin — +$0.75/hr
• Edgebander — +$0.75/hr
• Forklift — +$0.75/hr
• Hand tools (drills, jig saw, drill press, Tormek sharpening) — +$0.75/hr
• CNC operation — +$0.75/hr
• CNC programming / software — +$1.50/hr
• **Full Shop Mastery bonus — +$3.00/hr**
• Supervisor role (promotion-based) — +$3.00/hr
**Top pay: up to $33.50/hr for a fully qualified supervisor.**
**THE BEST PART — TEST OUT ON DAY ONE**
If you walk in with experience, you don't have to "earn trust" for six months before getting paid for what you already know. We'll test you on every skill you have within your first week, and your pay reflects it immediately.
We want every worker here to reach the top of the pay scale.
