DON'T FORGET THE CURB APPEAL

Saw this house for sale. Inside it has been 'finished and staged' (although some things have been missed and a bit overdone for a house on that street) and I noticed that they had fixed up the driveway but that's all that was done outside...just a tip-never forget outside!!! Curb appeal does a lot to sell your house and people decide within the first 30 sevonds if they like a house enough to consider it. Take this house, for example-staged to the hilt inside but that's it. People see the outside and then the staged inside and it's conflicting and highlights that the inside is just for show and that, maybe, the owners really didn't care for the house. It can raise doubts which is not what you want when trying to sell. There are so many things that could be done on the outside and it doesn't have to cost much at all.
