A first look at a project where smarter building meets thoughtful design.

This non-combustible modular home concept by Nextlevel Modular Inc has been an exciting project to support through space planning, interior and exterior finish direction, helping shape a home that feels material-led, grounded, and deeply livable.

From the beginning, the belief was simple: sustainable, modular building should not mean compromising on beauty, comfort, or the way a space feels to live in.

That belief guided every material choice.

The warmth of the wood.
The texture of the stone.
The way natural light moves through the space.

Each decision was made with both the environment and human wellbeing in mind.

A design feature should do more than look good.

For this Whistler duplex remodel, the custom bar wall became an anchor for the main living area. It added warmth, storage, texture, and a natural place to gather, while helping the space feel more connected and intentional.

The goal was not to add more decoration. It was to make the home work better for everyday living, family time, and entertaining.
