Old to New

Fixed this Old bungalow for a client of mine
They had been living in their for 16 years and wanted a fresh look

So we :
fixed all dunks and donks
Painted the whole house
Added pot lights
painted the kitchen to a new colour
Changed the old shed to new

And now they feel like it’s a whole new house

Will also discuss a future sale of the same with me 😎

After understanding the requirements, being close to kids classes , schools and there work place the search began

Then once we visited and saw many available homes we finally narrowed down to a beautiful home South of burlington that sits on a beautiful big lot .

So happy for them to call it home .

Every market creates opportunities: looking at upgrading , this is the right time. As I always say if you will sell at a lower price you are also buying at a lower price
The market isn’t slow : the right home at the right price is selling fast . Understand the market and price accordingly .

What an amazing day I had today, and what an honour it was to judge the young minds of our community at Nelson High School , Burlington

18+ years of living the life of a Luxury Home Developer - Interior Designer and Realtor . Never thought a day would come where I would be Judging and marking High school kids on their knowledge , confidence and ability to really put their best foot forward during an interview

I just hope that the one I chose to go further out of the bunch really rocks it at the next level of the competition which will be students from all over Ontario.

Humbled to have gotten this opportunity to giveback to my community and add value to that 1 persons life 🙏🙏
