🌊 Every piece has a story. This one starts with a blank coaster… and ends with a little piece of the ocean.

Before the waves, the colours, and the final shine, I start with something completely simple.

First, I engrave my brand into the back — a small reminder that this piece is made by me, in my studio, here in Canada. 🇨🇦

Then the transformation begins.

Layer by layer, I build the ocean.
I shape the movement of the waves.
I sand, refine, polish, and finish every detail by hand.

There’s no machine creating the waves for me.
No two pieces will ever look exactly the same.

And that’s the beauty of handmade art.

What started as a blank coaster becomes a functional piece of art — handcrafted from A to Z by a Canadian artist, inspired by the ocean and made to become part of someone’s home. 🌊✨

This is the part of my work I wish more people could see — the story behind the finished piece.

✨ A little update…

I had every intention of sharing my newest collection with you today, but life had other plans. I’ve been under the weather this past week and simply wasn’t able to give this collection the attention it deserves.

Rather than rushing it, I’m taking a few extra days to make sure everything is just right.

The official launch is now happening on August 5th.
