I love throw pillows and cozy blankets. They instantly add color, texture, and comfort to a space and make it feel so inviting. Definitely an essential in my home.

I’m thinking of starting a little series where I share different pillow combinations. It feels like such a fun way to add personality to a room, and I hope it gives you some inspiration too.

Joy isn’t always found… sometimes it’s created in small, quiet ways.

You don’t need a special occasion to surround yourself with something beautiful. Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is create a little beauty right where you are.

Buy the flowers. Light the candle. Choose joy on purpose.

In seasons that feel heavy, small things can still be beautiful.Not everything has to be big to matter. Even a simple bouquet can change the whole feeling of a room.

For me, it’s the little things. The sound of my children’s feet in the morning, baking something with love, a warm cup of tea, and flowers… always flowers.

Today, just notice. The beauty that’s already around you. The small gifts woven into your everyday life.

I’ve officially pulled out a couple of sundresses, started going for walks around the pond, and even switched my usual Starbucks order from hot to cold. It just feels like everything is waking up again.

✨ Gratitude this Thanksgiving ✨

Over the last couple of years, thankfulness has become such a big part of my life. I walked through a deep season of grief that left me feeling depressed and in despair. During that time, I started a thankfulness journal. It became a place where I wrote, almost daily, about the little gifts I could still see.

Many of the things I recorded might have seemed insignificant. The sound of my children’s feet pattering down the stairs in the morning, a flower blooming in the garden, or an encouraging word from a friend. Yet those tiny joys were like anchors that lifted my spirit and reminded me of hope.

Today, on Thanksgiving, I want to share a few things I’m especially grateful for:

🤍 A God who never leaves or forsakes me. His friendship and grace are my steady place.
🤍 Four beautiful children I’m honored to raise and love.
🤍 Friends who have walked beside me through thick and thin.
🤍 Two amazing jobs. Caring for a family and creating homes through design.
🤍 Everyday joys that bring life and inspiration. The gym, laughter, walks, gardens, music, baking, sunlight, hot baths, tea, snuggles from my kids, matcha with strawberry cold foam, cute outfits, healthy food, bubbles, and of course, chocolate.

May this Thanksgiving remind us all of the beauty found in even the smallest moments. 🕊️💛 What are some of the things you are thankful for?

Bringing My Western Office Vision to Life

I’ve had this masculine office living in my head for a while, and I finally had to bring it to life visually. I pictured a deep, moody green wall grounding the space. Rich, warm, and timeless. The vision carried a western-inspired feel, layered with vintage finds that tell a story, like the chess table and cigar box.

These pieces aren’t just decorative. They are for reflection, a quiet moment, or a meaningful conversation with a friend or colleague.

Interior design isn’t just for women. A man’s space can be stylish, comfortable, and full of character while still feeling grounded and masculine. It’s all about depth, texture, and atmosphere.

Fall is my favourite season. Can you tell?🍂

Although I love neutrals and timeless, classic design, sometimes it’s fun to create something a little outside the box. This fall mood board has a playful, unexpected feel. I imagine it as a cozy space that’s a lovely surprise to walk into.

This palette blends rich ochre and russet tones with natural wood and soft textiles for a space that feels both grounded and inviting. To me, fall is a beautiful mix of deep warm colours, natural elements like grasses, acorns, and wood, soft knit textures, woven baskets, and touches of gold. ✨
