Hi, my name is Laura and I am the creator at Blue Rose Designs. I create custom painted signs, vinyl & sublimated t-shirts, glasswares/mugs, pillows, decals, ornaments and more. s between 2 days up to 2 weeks during busy seasons. Most items are completed within a few days. There are no returns on custom made items. Before your item is made a custom template will be sent to you. Once approved and the item is made, there are no refunds for errors.
