At the moment, jewellery and artwork. I will now require a small, non-refundable deposit to hold said item and full payment will be due in two weeks from the date of the deposit. If payment is not made, deposit is forfeit. A non-refundable deposit for any new materials I must acquire for custom pieces will also now be required. Custom pieces MUST be paid in full before leaving the studio. As of Ja

n. 1, 2015, in-studio pickups and consultations are by appointment only. I would ask that you notify me in advance if you're unable to make it for the scheduled time, as this creates conflicts for other clients. Also, just a reminder that deposits are now required for commissioned and on-hold pieces. Allowances can be made for special circumstances. Thank-you for understanding.
