The forecast for today: 100% chance of gorgeous! ✨
​This one-of-a-kind moth pyramid is officially finished. My neighbor found this specimen right here in Port Alberni, and I’ve preserved it with local moss and a glow-in-the-dark base.
​Because this was a unique, naturally found find, it is a single edition piece. 🦋

I almost gave up on this one during the sanding phase, but I’m so glad I stuck with it! The detail inside really popped once the light hit it. ✨
​I’ve been staring at the center for an hour and I can’t decide... is that a Moth or a Butterfly? 🦋 My family is split 50/50 on it.
