Don’t know what to do with the rest of the beeswax candle when the wick runs out? Ili & Co will use those leftover bits to make you another candle ♻️🕯️

Details of the Ili & Co Beeswax Recycling Program:
• must be pure beeswax
• will not accept bleached wax, white or dyed wax, scented wax, or wax blends
• for every 50 grams of wax you recycle (without remaining wick or burnt wick remnants), you will receive $1 off your recycled candle (I will confirm this credit with you)
• please allow for a two week turnaround time from when you drop off the scraps to when your recycled candle is ready for pick-up

A year ago today, I decided to make Ili & Co. a reality and I CANNOT BELIEVE what it turned into!

• first time vending at an indoor market, and then an out door market a month later! (a childhood dream come true)

• largest wholesale opportunity ft .refillery

I’m still having the “pinch me” feels because WOW this has all been too good to be true!

Getting married and looking for wedding favour ideas?💍🕯️🐝

This past August, I had the honour of doing candle wedding favours for my friend’s wedding! Why should you consider candles as wedding favours?

✨ They’re unique!
I personally haven’t seen little candle wedding favours before (I had my sister make cake pops for my wedding) and I definitely wish I got into candle making sooner so I could’ve had these for my own wedding.

💁🏻‍♀️ They’re very practical
The cup cozies and sunglasses are cute, but what do you do with the extras at the end of the night? I personally am notorious for collecting knick-knacks, but let’s be honest, how many cup cozies do I really need? I’ve noticed people are moving towards saving their money and not doing wedding favours altogether (that’s why I did cake pops), but if you’re wanting to have them, why not invest your money into something a little more practical!

🎁 They can be repurposed
Wedding favours ALWAYS get left behind by guests. Sometimes it’s intentional and sometimes it’s not, so why not choose a wedding favours that can be repurposed as a gift or something that you can use for yourself 😉

These candles were made of paraffin, but I would only be offering beeswax candles for the next wedding season (they will always be yellow with that sweet natural scent of honey).

It’s official! You can now find my candles in store .refillery ♥️

This was my BIGGEST project yet, and I am so incredibly thankful for this opportunity. Shout out to .tamed.arsonist for her guidance and support while navigating the growth of Ili & Co.

Better late than never, but thank you everyone for coming out to the CN Centre Night Market on Wednesday! And a big thank you to .local.events for hosting 💕

I am so incredibly thankful to have had the opportunity to participate in this market! It’s safe to say there will be more outdoor markets in the future for Ili & Co. but now it’s time to buckle down in the big girl job. Stay tuned for the next steps of Ili & Co for the rest of the year 👀
