Just got back from a trip to lower mainland, found an awesome supplier of Hardwood and other wood products in Abbotsford,( Reimer Hardwoods). Two large warehouses with almost any type of hardwood, I picked a piece of Tigerwood and a 2"x 12"x 8' piece slab of ash to make some carvings out of.
My mind got very excited looking at all the different wood for projects. And I am going back to the coast in less that a month, thinking I might need to take the truck this time.

Prototype for an educational stand for young kids allowing them to climb up to the counter and participate with mom and dad.
- has adjustable levels for child to stand on
- there will be a chalkboard on the back side
- there is a 3/4in rod that slides in at the top that can be removed
2 models
- 1. constructed of birch plywood
- 2. constructed of laminated pine
chalkboard will still be made of birch plywood
- optional to include the play shapes that insert in the side.

Currently going to a grampa and grandma's house for testing.
