Don't ask: “What should I buy for this room?”

Ask: “What is the first thing I notice when I walk in?”

That answer will tell you far more than a shopping list ever will.

REALTORS: SAVE THIS FOR THE SELLER WHO SAYS “WE’RE NOT STAGING.”

They don’t necessarily need traditional staging. They may just need someone to tell them:

☑What stays.
☑What goes.
☑What gets moved.
☑What gets packed.
☑What needs attention.

That’s what I do.

We all have "that thing."

➡The appliance you never use.
➡The bowl that hasn't left the cupboard since 2019.
➡The decorative something-or-other that takes up an entire shelf because, well… you own it.

But here’s the thing: Just because you own something doesn’t mean it deserves the best spot in your home.

Your home has limited space. Give that space to the things you actually use, love, or genuinely enjoy looking at.

THINGS I NOTICE IN 10 SECONDS…

I can usually walk into a room and spot a few things before I’ve even put my purse down, and surprisingly, they’re often not about what the room is "missing".

They’re about what’s already there.

☑Furniture that could work beautifully if it were moved.
☑Too much stuff competing with the pieces you actually love.
☑A room with no breathing room because every inch is being asked to do a job.

And this is why I’m always saying: Before you buy something, look again. Your home may not need more. It may just need a little editing, a little rearranging, and a fresh set of eyes.
