Slowly but surely, this backyard transformation is taking shape! 🔨

The composite decking and finished skirting are now in place, and the different levels are starting to come together beautifully. Next up: railings, stairs,privacy panels and the finishing touches that will complete the space.

Still a little work ahead, but we’re getting closer! Stay tuned for the final reveal. 👀

The first step to building a great deck? A solid foundation! 🔨

Last week, we installed the foundation needed to get this project started on the right foot. Just as importantly, when the work was done, we cleaned everything up—coming in, getting the job done, and leaving without a trace of our presence.

A strong start and a clean jobsite—that’s how we like to work! Stay tuned for the next step. 👀

🔨 Our next project is officially on the go!

We currently have two exciting projects moving forward at the same time! Outdoors, we’re getting started on this beautiful deck transformation, while inside the shop, we’re putting the finishing touches on a large custom wall unit. Both projects are coming together nicely, and we’ll be sharing progress pictures of the wall unit very soon! 👀

This new outdoor setup will feature composite decking, wide tiered steps, black aluminum railings, and modern privacy fencing to create a comfortable and private space for relaxing and entertaining.

We’re excited to bring both of these designs to life—stay tuned for progress pictures!

Another custom outdoor project completed! 🔨☀️

This covered deck was designed to make the most of the space while adding comfort, shade, and functionality.

The project features:

✨ A custom-made wraparound bench with storage
✨ Two incorporated hammock hooks
✨ A durable tin roof
✨ Custom brackets securing the structure to the deck floor
✨ An incorporated Sunbrella retractable blind for additional shade and privacy
✨ Beautiful stained wood

A comfortable and inviting outdoor space, custom-built to suit the homeowners and their needs.

Un nouvel espace pour apprendre, lire et rêver 📚✨

Nous sommes fiers d’avoir eu la chance de créer un meuble sur mesure pour la toute nouvelle École élémentaire catholique Marie-Soleil à Orléans!

Cette banquette a été conçue spécialement pour créer un espace chaleureux, accueillant et unique où les élèves pourront s’installer, découvrir de nouvelles histoires et laisser leur imagination prendre vie. 📖✨

Chaque courbe, chaque détail et chaque morceau de bois a été pensé et fabriqué sur mesure pour s’intégrer parfaitement à l’espace.

C’est toujours une immense fierté pour nous de voir nos créations prendre vie dans des endroits qui auront une place importante dans la vie des enfants. ❤️

Merci à l’équipe de l’École Marie-Soleil pour leur confiance et pour nous avoir permis de contribuer à ce magnifique nouvel environnement d’apprentissage!

We’re proud to have had the opportunity to create a custom piece for the brand-new École catholique francophone Marie-Soleil in Orléans!

This custom library bench was designed to create a warm, welcoming and unique space where students can settle in, discover new stories and let their imaginations come to life. 📖✨

Every curve, detail and piece of wood was carefully designed and handcrafted to perfectly fit the space.

It’s always incredibly rewarding to see our creations become part of places that will hold such an important role in children’s lives. ❤️

It’s been a little quieter on our page lately, but that definitely doesn’t mean things have slowed down behind the scenes. Between juggling projects in the shop, family life, and squeezing in a small fishing getaway with the crew, we’ve still been putting in plenty of hours.

One of the fun builds we recently wrapped up was this custom balloon prop Ferris wheel. Seeing ideas like this come to life is always one of the best parts of what we do. From the design stage all the way to delivery, it’s projects like these that keep things interesting and push us to keep creating.

We’ve got a lot more in the works and can’t wait to share some of the projects we’ve been busy with over the last few weeks. Thanks to everyone who continues to support St-
Denis Woodwork Creations—we appreciate every message, share, and order.

Now that we’re back from a little family fishing trip, it’s time to get back in the shop and keep building! 🎣⚒️🎡
