Prepared with only 4 vegetables:
Asparagus
Eggplant
Mushroom
Bell peppers (Red & Orange)

RECIPES of this DELICIOUS HEALTHY MEAL.
Quinoa
Black beans
Asparagus
Eggplant
Mushroom
Bell peppers
Habanero pepper
Dry mangala fish.
Olive oil
Onion
Salt
Crayfish
Knorr/bullion

Step by step preparations.
Make 2 separate sauces.

1. Eggplant sauce: Blend Eggplant with bell peppers, onions together and make stew like sauce with the mangala fish or any protein of your choice.

2. Eggplant stir fry sauce with Asparagus, mushrooms and bell peppers as seen in my previous videos. You can go watch them to see the step by step of stir fry veggies.

3. Boil black beans separately and set aside.

4. Boil Quinoa separately with little addition of salt and olive oil. (Optional). Note: It is healthier to cook with olive oil.

Bring all the GOODNESS together in one plate and ENJOY like a PRO.😄👌Cooked with Saladmaster Healthy Nutritional Cooking System.
