When acoustics become part of the architecture.

For Jay Suites’ Brooklyn location, the goal was to create a premium coworking environment that felt true to the character of the historic Pioneer Building while bringing acoustic comfort to busy shared spaces.

Working with The Designers Group, we created custom acoustic solutions that integrate directly into the design, including a custom space divider and Vinyasa panels that flow from the reception wall onto the ceiling.

The result is a space where sound, function, and design work together seamlessly.

A quieter workspace without compromising the character that makes it unique.
