POV: me when people asked me how I was these past few weeks.

So ironic my mental health was so bad during

I am super positive and hopeful for June and actually MEAN IT when I saw everything is peachy 🍑

I’m excited, I am celebrating my friend graduating from pharmacy school in Manchester and we will also be going to Edinburgh and then after that I am in Florida for a work conference.

AND I’m starting June off with my first pop up market of the year at the Humane Society of Durham Region ‘s open house on Saturday, June 8th 11am - 4pm!!

Lots to look forward to for June and not even think about the monstrosity May was.

I hope y’all have been taking care of your mental health 🩵

Your journey with your mental health isn’t linear.

One day you may feel you made tremendous progress but then the next it feels like you’re back to square one—that’s because it comes in WAVES 🌊

And THAT’S OKAY.

The journey is not going to be perfect. The road to managing your mental health better is going to be bumpy.

Today is and let this be a reminder to you that you are not failing because you aren’t feeling 100%. And it’s okay if it’s taking you forever to get there.

Go at your own pace, own every twist and turn. You got this.

Toby’s brother, Teddy, is turning ONE in a week!!!

Mac got him at 6 months old and I can’t believe how fast these months went 🥺

It’s obvi going to a fluffy brothers paaawwtyy next weekend 🥳

I have unfortunately been sick and am still not well to attend Todotoronto ‘s Asian heritage month market today 😭
