think we’ve reached a point where "health" has been completely hijacked by industry.

If you look back 70 or 80 years, the things we’re told to avoid today, like butter, lard, red meat and yes even raw milk, were the staples that built strong generations. Then, suddenly, the "official" advice shifted. We were told to swap butter for lab-made margarine and traditional fats for industrial seed oils. We were told that "fortified" processed grains were better than the slow-fermented bread our ancestors ate.

The more you dig into the "why," the more you see the money trail. The system doesn't profit off of a person who is truly healthy and self-sufficient. It profits off of someone who is "managed" someone who relies on a grocery store for their fuel and a pharmacy for their recovery. When I spend the extra time to check every single ingredient or bake my own sourdough from scratch, I’m not just being "picky." I’m opting out of a system that views my health as a line item on a balance sheet.

It feels like we’re being poisoned by the very things we’re told to trust. What was the "health secret" your grandmother knew that you’ve finally started doing yourself?
