Not every plan is a straight line and our sleeping cabins at the Funky Bunky took a zig and zag before we FINALLY arrived at the right location and design. At last… the plans approved, the lines drawn, and the views are looking awesome, which means it’s time to move forward with the footings. All in favour, say “Aye!”

Soaked? Yes. Excited? EXTREMELY. The barge is here and loaded up with all great things: our sauna & shed, and so much more! AND we’re officially getting ready to move them into place on the island. There’s something about seeing all the pieces of the Funky Bunky puzzle finally arriving that makes being soaked standing in the rain feel like part of the fun. Let the progress continue!

Is making changes actually indecision or is it creative design evolution? The journey of good design isn’t always fully baked on the first pass and our guest cabin relocation plan at the Funky Bunky proves there are often plot twists along the way to a final plan.
