Giving a 100 year old home an extension on life, this is project Earl Grey.

2. We completely flipped the floor plan on this house locating a once centrally located u-shaped stair which broke up the floor plan now lays gracefully on its party wall side.
3. A full interior gut from a basement walkout to a third floor loft.

As a large renovation project and construction can take quite a while, I’ve decided to share with you some progress photos and a few decisions made from planning to conception. We have designed both the architectural and interior scope of this renovation and addition project, soon to be made a home aka. Margueretta House once completed

Please allow the cutest dogs ever to take you on a little tour of Project Margueretta:

1. Meet Moosh & Kimchi
2. The beginning of the new addition that ever so slightly pops out street side, maintaining the home’s original facade and neighbourhood aesthetic.
3. A completely open vista to what was once a typical Toronto layout with side stairs & subdivided rooms.
4. The new stair case forming in place
5. Puppy now walks us through the new second floor dedicated only to an expansive open master ensuite, closet and office
6. Drywall begin in the third floor master bedroom
7. Exterior siding on the new addition
8. Pups on site
9. Doggy door entrance off of backyard

“Young Visionaries”” represents 45 exceptional emerging talents in interior architecture and design from around the world. Each creative represents a recent private project, accompanied by a portrait, and an in depth biography, offering an intimate look into the minds shaping tomorrow’s interiors”

These were both projects filled with wonderful clients, team members and visionaries that helped contribute to its success.
