Sweet little Hazel posed like a pro for her photo shoot. She was very gracious about us invading her space, and even moved down from her favourite spot in the window to accommodate us (if you look closely you can see the indent in the sofa back where she usually lies, keeping an eye on the neighbourhood cat). Such a good girl 🤎

Colour is in the air and I’m loving it. I can also be all about a tonal room of warm neutrals, and oh yeah I also love the palate cleansing (palette cleansing? haha see what I did there?) effect of a crisp white wall. In short, there’s something to love in every colour scheme, so go with whatever makes you happy!

A staircase runner adds visual impact, softness and safety to a stairway, so a winning move all around✨ A durable material is key— I like wool, jute and sisal for their natural feel, and I avoid higher pile construction, as it starts to look worn in the middle as the pile gets flattened over time by many footsteps
