The character of this century old home was the selling feature for our clients. Our goal was to preserved this character but enhance the function, aesthetic, and natural beauty of the existing. Keeping true to the charm that drew them, a place to call home 🏡

We do believe not everything needs to be torn down. All the original trim, doors were kept.

Hundreds! 💯💯💯 A main floor renovation requires hundreds of decisions—most people never see them or look twice at that light placement. We stressed about its perfection. 👀
