For those of you who don't know me, my name is Spencer and I run the small beadwork business called little polar bear creations! This summer my business has expanded a lot, and it's been so exciting to meet so many new people. Unfortunately I haven't been able to attend many vending opportunities I had due to my disability flare up. Unfortunately at this time I'm unable to pay for my own things properly, and I'm looking for support from community. Community has saved my life so many times before and so unfortunately I have to ask again. Yesterday was so much fun!!! Chi miigwetch ***rmarket and for having me and letting me in your space.

My favorite thing about markets is being able to trade with other vendors. I prefer trades over money, it takes out the middle man and I think it would help a lot of people get out of poverty (I'm not arguing for a full barter system here, anyway) and I love participating in an activity my ancestors have been doing for thousands of years.
