It's like having a Top Down Bottom Up Roller and with a bit of icing on the top with it being motorized. Enjoy the view while you relax and still have privacy from prying eyes.

Great review from J F... "Kyle from ReCom was an amazing help in sorting out a nasty legacy issue from a previous installer. My power blinds needed a complex fix after the previous installer left me in a complete bind. Kyle brought back some specialized gear from South Carolina to solve the problem, before I had even had a chance to meet face to face. Issue solved first visit and subsequent follow up supposrt call handled without issue. 5 stars!!"

Great review from David... "My experience with ResCom Designs was outstanding and not simply in a transactional way either, but more on a human level.

Often times, before you purchase anything, you want to speak with someone who can help you navigate your thinking or answer your questions. In my case, I was looking for an expert to help me solve a specific problem, locate a part, and answer some very detailed and technical questions. Before this, I had come up against a lot of brick walls. Sites I went to that didn't have contact numbers; others had an e-mail window to fill in but never returned my messages; still others said they'd get back to me but just never did. That's where ResCom was different.

First, I was able to call an actual number (that in and of itself was unique); then an actual person answered (not a voicemail). She introduced herself as Kathy and was unbelievably pleasant and amazingly helpful. At one point, she even offered, if ResCom had the part I was looking for, to bring it to me on her way home from work, if you can believe that. After a while, she recognized I needed more detailed questions answered and assured me that she would speak with her people and either get back to me herself within the hour or have someone reach out to me by the next day.

Sure enough, first thing the next day, I received a call from Kyle. And, just like Kathy, he was remarkably helpful, patient, and accommodating. On top of that, he understood my problem, cut to the heart of my issue, and was knowledgeable enough to offer a workable solution. He answered all of my questions (which were extensive) made recommendations, and, at no point, pressured me to buy anything from him. Not only that, he offered, if I had any other questions, to feel free to contact him again.

I can't tell you how refreshing and, frankly, unusual this level of service is today. I wouldn’t hesitate to give these people your business. That investment will come back to you a hundred times over.
