A decade of design. One unforgettable evening.

Our team marked 10 years of Nivek Remas by opening the doors to our new studio, and bringing together the people who have been part of the journey along the way.

It was a night filled with great conversations, familiar faces, new connections and plenty to celebrate. A decade in, we’re proud of where we’ve been, grateful for the people who have helped shape the work, and excited for what comes next.

Warm oak millwork, natural stone, and soft natural light come together to ground the home in calm, refined living. Every material was chosen with intention, shaping spaces built to hold the quiet moments that open and close each day.

At this Summerhill Residence, we set out to design a backyard that functions as a true destination, almost in a world of its own.

The pool anchors a series of layered living, dining, and lounge areas conceived for connection, celebration, and quiet retreat. Every element of the landscape was guided by the home's transitional architectural language, striking a balance between refinement and ease, so the exterior feels as intentional as the interiors.

The result is a private summer oasis where design isn't just observed, it's felt.

Sharing the stage with some of the industry's leading voices was an opportunity to contribute to an inspiring dialogue on the future of luxury hospitality while sharing the vision and design philosophy behind the evolving identity of Nivek Remas.
